At The Diamond Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible jewelry. Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all security tags and certification documents intact.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account portal and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization Number and a pre-paid insured shipping label.
Secure Your Package
Place the jewelry in its original presentation box and pack it securely inside a shipping carton, ensuring you include all diamond grading reports and original paperwork.
Ship with Insurance
Affix the provided pre-paid label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, where it will be tracked and fully insured during transit.
Inspection and Refund
Once our gemologists verify the item's condition and authenticity, we will process your full refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
